Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SelectRate collects through selectrate.ai, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. SelectRate is a product of Selectsys Tech LLC, which is the controller of the information described here.

This policy covers the website. Information processed inside the SelectRate platform on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's agreement with us, where we act as processor.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you complete the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, role, the reason you selected, and anything you write in the message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, user agent and pages requested.
• Analytics and cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking service. Its typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, policyholder data, claims data or any personal information about third parties through this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and arrange a demonstration you asked for.
• To keep a record of the inquiry and our correspondence.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose faults.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

Lawful basis

Where data protection law requires one, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries about our product, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who else sees it

• Service providers who host this site and deliver our email, acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers, and anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence, and then delete it, unless you become a customer, in which case the correspondence is retained under the customer agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@selectrate.ai. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your data protection authority.

Security

SelectRate is built and operated by Selectsys Tech LLC, which maintains a SOC 2 Type II. See our security page. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted here for a reasonable period.
