These terms govern your use of the website at selectrate.ai. The site is operated by Selectsys Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

These terms cover the website only. Use of the SelectRate platform, the Rating API and any related services is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing here varies that agreement, and if the two conflict, that agreement prevails.

What the site is

The site describes our product and lets you contact us. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, a quotation, insurance advice, or a representation that any particular result will be achieved.

Product statements

Screens and figures shown on this site are illustrative. Carrier names, programs and premium amounts used in examples are fabricated for demonstration and do not identify real carriers, customers or policies. Descriptions of capability reflect the product as at the date shown and may change.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it.
• Do not scrape, overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the site.
• Do not submit anything unlawful, or anything containing personal information about other people, policyholder data or claims data.
• Do not use the site to build or train a competing product.

The site, its content, the SelectRate name and the SelectRate logo are owned by Selectsys Tech LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use them without our written permission.

What you send us

You are responsible for what you submit through the contact form and confirm you are entitled to send it. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.

Where we link to another site we do not control it and are not responsible for it.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its content is complete or current.
